A certificate naming SCIENTIFIC LEASING DIVISION as “additional insured and loss payee” with liability limits of at least $1,000,000 CSL and physical damage insurance with a maximum deductible of $1,000 will be required.
Customer shall be responsible for road/emergency service repairs, including tires. Drivers will be required to show appropriate “CDL” license.
